3650 Bayside Walk - Family and SUV/Pickup Friendly!

Great location for sport or just watching others!
Second level 1745 sq ft condo with panoramic view of boats, rowers, swimmers, paddle-boarders, sunbathers, dog walkers (sorry no pets allowed on property). Children are encouraged & very much allowed to just have fun - play, explore, search for shoreline treasure! All summer camps are just steps away on Santa Clara Pt. along with a fenced playground for the very young. Extra day parking too!! This is a WIN WIN for everyone. This condo has a private entry patio on Ormond Court which can be opened to the beach level condo (3648 Bayside Walk). Many of my tenants book both condos for shared vacations with extra family and friends. The 1 car garage is often used for toys, bikes, boards with the large family van in the outside parking spot.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is unbeatable. The bay is your backyard and there is a great balcony to enjoy the view. The large kitchen is particularly nice. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. The unit is pretty dated however, which is evident in the online pictures. A little updating would go a long way. And aside from the high traffic areas, the house needs a major deep clean. Thick dust coated lamps and walls/baseboards. The fans provided (there is no A/C) were so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Lots of broken shutters in primary bedroom and most things requiring batteries (including the thermostat) need replacing. The place has great bones and just needs a little bit of love.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was wonderful and the condo had everything that you would possibly need. It is a great location, my 7 year old loved being able to walk to the ocean with his folks. We definitely would love to return. We loved our stay. Right on the bay, steps to the sand. Beautiful deck where we could watch the grandkids play in the sand. Host was very nice and everything went smoothly. Another perfect week at Carolyn’s condo!

We have stayed in this condo multiple times and it is our favorite VRBO in Mission Beach. Plenty of space for our family of five and plenty of parking for our large SUV. The views and ocean breeze can not be beat. Carolyn is also incredibly responsive and accommodating to all needs. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We are a farming family from Brawley, California who demolished a 1950's 2 bedroom/1 bath home and constructed a 3 condo building completed in 2005. The 3rd level is my private residence with ability for family celebration/overflow into the other 2 condos (and now need even more space). At last count blessed with 4 married children, 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 more in pocket!
