Spring Break

This was our 4th time to stay at Los Veneros, but our 1st stay in this unit. We thought we would miss not having our own pool but with a 2 year old, with no fear of water, it allowed the adults to relax. We had an issue with the safe and it was taken of in about an hour which was impressive. Los Veneros has continued to take care of the property and it’s a great place for families.

Great Beachfront Location!

Amazing location and outdoor deck that overlooks the infinity pool, beach and ocean. More than enough space for two families with kids to share. Nelly the owner was great to work with and responsive! I rated Cleanliness 4 stars instead of 5 because the two front rooms and entrance area smelled very musty when we arrived. Note: it was after some major rain storms and it did improve as the days got sunnier. There is also no dishwasher in this unit so some of the glasses we found when we arrived needed to be re-washed before using. Just noting for Nelly the owner in case she wants to address in the future. Regardless, we enjoyed staying here and would come back!

Great property and condo

The grounds were stunning and the condo was perfect for our family . Nelly was amazing at communicating and took care of our needs asap . Great spot with young kids . Lots of other familys around . Beach was beautiful . The pool closest to us, the one with jacuzzi was closed most of our stay but opened up near end . The restaurant on site was delicious and we ate there a lot . Although we could never get the servers at the pool to us . they weren’t avail or when we called to get delivery they were too busy at pool . Short walk to W although our restaurant was better than anything the W served . We could never get hot water in one bathroom and the dryer never dried anything . So we were constantly trying to lay out towels to dry between pool and beach and showers . Also I wouldn’t use the grocery delivery again . Seemed really expensive and would rather stop at store on way in next time . But great condo for the price on beautiful grounds . Far to get anywhere beside the condos or the W HOTEL property but I would bring my kids again .
