We are close enough to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy the tourist attractions but far enough away to escape the city chaos. With attractions like Dollywood being only about 30 miles away you can easily spend the day there and come back to the apartment and relax

Pictures in advertisement was best thing!

Arrive a little past check in time. Did not know how to get in. Finally got key code and it was wrong, so cleaning lady brought us a code. We got in, started looking around and bed was filthy and we pulled out couch bed and could not find the linen or pillows. Finally found them stuff away in coffee table. Biggest complaint of all was the insects. Floor had ants all over it. We had to buy some spray, but it did no good. We had to put everything up high so ants didn’t get into luggage. There was no instructions on how to use television, we ask for the manager and was told he was in out of the country getting married. Would not suggest anyone to stay at this place.

We had to buy a universal remote because someone stole our TV remote. Sorry for that inconvenience it has been solved. As far as ants I spray on a normal basis and I have never seen ants in there. This is a newly completely remodeled apartment and should not have any problems. The code changes on a regular basis and with us being out of the country our cleaners did an amazing job I'm sorry the code we sent you was not correct. We try to keep up with that. We were 11 hours ahead of time here and it was a difficult situation. Your 2 star review was harsh and uncalled for seeing as how their was never any complaints in messages or to me.
