Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn OFF air conditioning units in every bedroom & in 1st floor dining area (Winter: leave all thermostats at 55)
Put all window shades in lowered/down position & leave all doors in bedrooms/bathrooms open
Garbage: all bags leave in garage in tall garbage bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot Tub: anyone under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult. Mud Room (by Laundry) must be used for changing in/out of wet bathing suits.
No access to BACK of house or BARN.

We loved our stay, this house is beautiful!! They’ve thought of everything in the design of this house. We also loved that they provided SUPs in the garage with clear instructions of where to use them in Lake Sunapee. Overall, a great time! We stayed here with our family reunion and will definitely come back.

Family Reunion

Of all of the properties that I have rented, this one is by far the best. It’s roomy, well outfitted, perfectly located and it has a view! The kitchen is well setup with a mammoth fridge and freezer, two dishwashers and two dining areas. The master bedroom is huge with a small sitting area and tv. All in all we’d rent it again in a heartbeat!
