A full kitchen and great open floor plan make this renovated carriage house clean, bright and comfortable. You will love the coziness of this charming carriage apt over the garage. Great property in Rosemary Beach

My wife and I stayed here for three nights with our almost two-year-old daughter - this property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both going to the beach and walking to the shops and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Small and nicely decorated! Easy walk to the beach, pool and town center. We were very comfortable! 30A Properties who managed this property, went over and above to help us enjoy our stay. Only suggestion would be to provide more space to hang and store clothing and suitcases.

Our host was outstanding and very helpful . The carriage house was located in a great spot within the Rosemary Beach community. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach, pools and downtown. We loved the area and especially the convenient access to the beautiful beach! The carriage house itself is in need of a refresh. The king bed was very comfortable, however, the kitchen table, couch, rug and porch chairs were especially worn. The beach chairs had mold on them and the beach umbrella was of no use. There were too many chairs and pillows in the unit making it difficult to get comfortable. The closet was small and the only place to store clothes. A dresser of some sort would have been nice. Overall we were happy with our stay despite the shortcomings of the carriage house.

Loved it !

Perfect location!! We love a walkable vacation and this was perfect. Close to beach, pool, and shops and restaurants. We parked the rental car and never got in again until we left. Very clean and pictures exactly what we got. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

This Carriage House property was perfect. We have stayed in quite a few in Rosemary Beach and this one was the nicest. Great location and clean modern finishes. It was a very seamless process with beach rentals, bikes, etc which made our get-away very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend this property.

Beautiful cottage. Had a great time, house was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We did not rent a car, rather, we did bikes all week… so much fun!! They could use an update on beach chairs and add an umbrella…. we bought one and left it. Would definitely rent this home again!

Our Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I came to Rosemary Beach for our honeymoon, and this carriage house was the perfect place for our stay! There was just enough room for both of us and the host provided everything we needed to be comfortable. It only took us about 2 minutes to walk down to the beach which was perfect since that is what we spent most of our days doing! We also rented the bikes from the house to make going down to the Rosemary square fun and super quick! We would definitely come back here to stay again.

Summer get away

Rosemary Beach was a recommendation to us from a friend. We were looking for a place that had easy beach access, and was a bike friendly town. This was exactly what we wanted. We parked our car for the week & were able to bike for groceries, and entertainment. There were a variety of dinner options in walking distance. Bike and beach umbrella rentals were so convenient. We will definitely visit again.
