DETAILS: Located South of 30A, "Pura Vida" is just steps to the Coquina Pool and two blocks from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful, newly constructed carriage house is perfect for a small family, offering a cozy living space with a queen sleeper sofa, eat-in kitchen, guest bedroom, and bunk room. Guests are sure to have a fabulous time staying a "Pura Vida." When guests are ready to explore the area, hop on one of the 2 bikes to check out the Rosemary Beach Town Center filled with boutiques and great dining options!

Cute and great location!

Was the perfect location to the pool, beach and shops. We traveled with our baby, and it was very easy to stop back at the house.

Great carriage house

This carriage house was conveniently located, very clean, owners happened to be there and were super nice and we would definitely stay there again!

The check in process was very easy and straight forward. No problems there. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the carriage house. The window treatments were not up to Rosemary Beach standards. There were marks on all the walls and baseboards/trim. I did call the host and they responded. They wanted to send out a maintenance person, but I declined because I did not want to ruin my waiting for person to show up. Finally, the stairs leading up the carriage house need some attention. Couple of the tread boards very loose. All of the amenities were there; this carriage house just needs a little TLC to make it more Rosemary Beach acceptable.

Nice

Unit was a great location, easy walk to beach, pool and shops/restaurants. The bed was broken but was fixed after the first night. Needless to say, that first night was rough and we were both hurting the next day. The unit is nice but could use some updating and more comfortable furniture. Sofa and beds were both pretty firm snd uncomfortable. Overall, it's a lovely area.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at this carriage house. It was clean, the location was fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable the whole week. There were not pool access cards, but the key pad on the pool door allows access without them.

October 2019 Stay

We enjoyed the carriage house. Easy, pretty walk to the beach. 360 Blue was responsive when we had a problem with the heat. Kitchen and living area were nice. I do have some suggestions though: you really need some small pillows for the sofa and chairs. There was 1 pillow on bunk bed we used in living room. there is almost no where to hang a wet suit or towel. You really need more hooks or pegs for wet beach stuff. The bath needs a light over the mirror it is too dark. Also the metal shower caddy is rusting on the pretty shower tile. A plastic caddy would fix this immediately. We thought the house was nice just think some small improvements would help.

Cute carriage house- perfect for labor day weekend!

This was the perfect carriage house for me, my 14 year old son and his friend. Loved the location- beautiful neighborhood, very short walk to the beach. We were able to ride the bikes anywhere we went- I didn't move my car the entire weekend. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. I will definitely stay here when we return to Rosemary!

Labor day 2019 Stay

This was the perfect little house for me, my son and his friend for a short labor day weekend stay. The location was amazing- short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the house where our friends were staying. We rode bikes everywhere we went- I didn't have to move my car the entire trip. The kitchen was lovely and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Even though there were other guests staying in the main house while we were there, we hardly saw them and felt we had plenty of privacy. I would certainly stay here again!
