Luxurious, Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with high vaulted ceilings. The modern decor and color scheme creates an open, airy feel. This home has a great layout that allows one family privacy or 2 families or friends the ability to vacation together. There are 2 Master Suites at opposite ends of the house, as well as 2 living rooms with 42” flat screen tv’s. There are 2 twin rooms located in the middle of the house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedrooms accommodate up to 8. The king master with en-suite is located at the back of the home. It has a spa tub, double sinks, and stand up shower, as well as a slider to the pool and 42” flat screen tv. The second queen master is located at the front of the house with an en-suite with a shower/tub combo and 32” flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a full bath.

The front living room consists of a lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen and full dining table. The back living room is open concept with lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen, kitchen, breakfast bar and nook and slider to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. It is fully stocked to give you that at home feel by taking breaks from dining out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller are provided for the tiny ones.

Now let’s talk fun! The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from ALL ATTRACTIONS. The GAME ROOM features a pool table, indoor basketball, foosball table, and xbox station perfect for indoor fun. The private, screened in pool provides hours of outdoor fun in the sun!

We are glad you enjoyed the trip! We do offer the option to add the grill (that may have been an oversight when booking) . We rent them so that they are clean, safe and full of propane for every use. It is a small additional cost ,but an option if you wanted. Safe travels home!

Beautiful home

We stayed here and drove back and forth to the Disney parks. With traffic figure At least 45 minutes. This was not a problem for us since the home with its own pool was perfect for our family.It’s was stocked with enough to get us through till we got to a store. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils. There are pool toys in the garage.

Hi Julie We are so glad your family enjoyed the house and pool. With the construction on I-4 it has been difficult with the commute to disney parks which are all 6 to 8 miles away. This is not typical but they are widening the highway to help alleviate the traffic concerns.

The house is very well taken care of. I believe in the master bdrm the comforter and pillows may not have been washed. However we washed the pillow and left the comforter alone. The house had everything in small amounts. So we added trash bags - cleaning spray - more dishwasher pods - dish soap and spices (as we season everything from La.). Overall an excellent experience. Will try and rent again from her. Loved the area and the pool. 5 star all the way.

We bought this home in July 2016, after renting from others for 9 years while vacationing in Florida with our 2 children. We enjoyed staying in homes because it provided good downtime after a busy park day. We are from Massachusetts and love to escape the cold and enjoy sunny Florida whenever we can. Having a home in Florida allows us to do this frequently. We love sharing our home with family and friends. Our guests are just as important to us. Visiting this area is typically for a family vacation filled with all the exciting things that florida has to offer. Making lasting memories!! Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in a great location about a mile from Champions Gate. Disney is 8 to 10 min away and Universal is 15. The area has been built up over the years so accessibilty to dining at a variety of restaraunts, shopping and golfing are all within a 2 mile radius , as well as pharmacies and emergency room . The neighborhood is safe and has both permanent residents and vacation rentals.

What makes this property unique

First and foremost is that we genuinely take pride in our home and strive to provide our guests with a pleasant, clean and comfortable experience. While we don't have themed rooms, which are exciting to seek out for Disney trips, we chose against it as we also get groups traveling for golfing trips or families spending time for other reasons. Our home seems to be appealing for reasons like good communication, cleanliness,extra space, accessibility to the parks, groceries, dining, spa, golf, medical services. Other features are:
