Privacy and very quiet with incredible uninterrupted frontline sea views and amazing sunsets. Relax while watching the boats sail by. Star gaze across the expansive Mediterranean.
Close to sea (30 metres), beach (5 minute walk), shops (3 minute walk) and restaurants (3 - 5 minutes).

Incredible swimming cove just in front of villa - with many nursery fish - great for snorkling.

Large shared swimming pool in a small community - where owners know each other.

Three bedrooms and lounge all have sea views, with beds facing the views. Mosquito nets and black-out curtains in all bedrooms.

All three bathrooms have two independent shower heads in each shower, plus two hand basins.

90% of villa is on one level - easy and quick to move around.

Mosquito nets on the French doors of each bedroom must be opened each morning to prevent accidental damage from walking through them.
Please bring cushions inside every evening to avoid them being damaged by rain and/or stray cats.

As a New Zealander with Spanish family living on the island, we love to share our villa's unique seafront vacation with our guests, and to provide our guests with information about local events and fiestas during the year, especially the summer fiestas with dancing black stallions.

Why they chose this property

Our family loves to dive into the sea cove in front of the villa to explore the amazing sea life, which is a breeding area for fish in the summer months.
We also never tire of the incredible sunsets from the villa terrace.

What makes this property unique

It is rare to find a seafront villa with sea views from both the lounge and also from all three main bedrooms. This is due to the unique corner location of the villa, which faces both south and west. So, we are blessed with stunning views to watch the sun go down from the comfort of the terrace.
