About this property

Beautiful and large apartment in great location, overlooking Ponte Vecchio

The apartment lies in one of the neatest areas of Florence downtown, called Oltrarno, in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, arts and crafts shops and walking distance to all the major monuments and churches.
What makes it unique and stunning is the specific location, waterfront, along the Arno river and with an incredible view of the Ponte Vecchio, just a few meters away. All the living areas, including the dining room face the river and the Ponte Vecchio while the bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment, on Borgo San Jacopo.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with its own bathroom, all with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the three bedrooms. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
All utilities are included in the rental fee, the only extra fee to pay at check-in in cash is the tourist tax which is 5,50 euro per person per night up to 7 days.

The property is beautiful and is steps away from Ponte Vecchio. This location puts you in a perfect spot to explore the area north of the Arno River (which appeared to be the more touristy area) but also the area south of the Arno, which was a little less touristy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property if you are planning to stay in Florence.

This property is located in the most amazing place in Florence. The views are unsurpassed. The property is just as advertised - perfect for our five-person family. Communication with the host was excellent and she was flexible in letting us into the property early. I can't recommend this property more highly - I will stay here anytime I return to Florence!

Clean, lovely apartment with a beautiful view. It had plenty of room for a family of 5. My son said the twin bed was a bit uncomfortable & opted to sleep on the couch which he said was great. It was nice to have a washer & dryer. We would consider staying at this location again.

Absolutely amazing apartment and location exactly as described. My family loved opening the windows overlooking the Arno each morning and watching everyone on the Ponte Vecchio! Restaurants in the area were simply perfect!!

Overall we had a very nice stay. What I hadn't realized, and perhaps should have, was the noise level in the evenings. Because the apartment is so close to the Ponte Vecchio where there is live music every night until between 10 and 11 pm, it is very loud. The music was usually quite good, but still, there is no escape from it. The only other negative I have is that we were only given two sets of keys. Since it is a three-bedroom apartment which sleeps five people, it would have been nice to have three sets of keys, so we wouldn't have had to coordinate our comings and goings with each other. We did enjoy the convenient location of being so close to central Florence which is a truly wonderful city.

Amazing Location!

Traveling with my husband, sister, brother-in-law and their 8-year old we were thrilled to find this lovely apartment so close to many landmark locations and restaurants in an energetic neighborhood! Massimo was a wonderful host who was very helpful and great to coordinate with.

Wonderful apartment on the Arno

We had a wonderful time in Florence. Perfect location, loved being on this side of the Arno. Nightly music on the Ponte Vecchio, surrounded by shops, food, and easy walking distance to all the fabulous things to see in Florence. Check in and check out was super easy.
