Entrance and foyer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms( one with a step in shower and the 2nd with a tub/shower combo), plus a full laundry room.
High-End quality mattresses are almost new! Plus a pullout murphy bed.

Outdoor furniture in the porch/carport area, a full size storage room, bait freezer and fish table.
Newer 70 foot dock is literally a stone's throw to the Atlantic ocean. Good fishing from the dock too!
Ample Parking in front for vehicles and 1 trailer.
Note: if you need parking for 2 trailers, the property manager or town can provide for an extra fee.
POOL & SPA
We ask guests to wash salt & sand off their bodies before entering pool or spa.. There is a water hose near the pool

Neighborhood
Being just steps from parks, bike paths and to Havana Jacks, a casual but stylish Tiki hut style restaurant and full bar on the ocean! The Key Colony Inn is another recommended restaurant and within walking distance and Sparkys restaurant is a short drive.
Also in Key Colony is Sunset Park, an ocean-front park and great place to watch the sun set. The town also has pickle ball, bocce and tennis courts plus a par 3, 9 hole golf course.
