Located less than a mile from downtown Loveland`s breweries, cafes, and shops, this home features designer decor, a private hot tub, fire pit, electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, super-fast Wi-Fi, ultra-comfy beds, and a pet-friendly fenced yard. Just 20 minutes to Fort Collins and a scenic drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

*VRBO guests - please note there is a $300 security deposit - fully refundable - that will be placed as a `hold` on your credit card a day before your departure. It will be returned a few days later.
No smoking of any kind inside. No illegal drug use. If you do smoke, please do so outside - I want the property to smell fresh and clean for all future guests :)

Very tastefully appointed cozy bungalow with lots of thoughtful finishing touches -- and a terrific fenced-in backyard that our dog loved! The owner was very kind, helpful and proactive but never intrusive. Well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for nearly a week's worth of self-catering. Thanks so much!

This host has thought of everything! They had everything you would need. It is a beautiful space. Great communicators. Super close to downtown Loveland with great restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be staying again!

Overall I think this is by far the most impressive BNB rental I had the privilege to view or rent. Your personal touches such as robe, slipper, snacks, cellphone charge stations, etc (just to name a few) was outstanding! This rental was cleaned spotless and there was countless reassuring communications with the host. Thank you making our stay a satisfying memory with all the comforts of home..

This was the most adorable, clean and perfect VRBO for our little family. We had our dog along and the fenced in yard was such a benefit. The back yard allowed for a lovely time with the gas fire pit, hot tub and adorable lights to create such a peaceful place. The hosts have truly thought of everything with this house. The hosts were excellent at communication and seem to care that their guests have a great experience. Thank you!!!!
