Our property is a newly renovated 4-story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two-minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished units, including a 1-bedroom on the first floor, a 2-bedroom on the second floor, a 2-bedroom on the third floor, and a 2-bedroom on the fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area, and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is also in close proximity to other nearby attractions listed below:

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We originally booked a smaller apartment in this 4-plex, but Diana offered us a larger apartment on the spot at check in. The neighborhood has a 24 hour security guard and a gate so you are very safe here. Close access to Puerto Juarez Ferry and there is a beach across the street from the neighborhood with bars and restaurants.

This place was fine, fairly clean and close to the beach. However, after one night, the internet quit. Although the owner kept saying someone was coming to fix it, no one came. The day after this, the electricity was cut off--we were watching as the official turned off two of the four unit electricity meters. That was just too much for us--we left a day later with still no internet or electricity. We had to pack up and try to find another place to go to. Overall, it was a disappointing time and we felt we lost two days of our vacation just trying to fix these issues.

I regret that your expectations regarding the apartment were not met. However, I must point out that you did not actually stay in Apartment 4, and your booking was managed by a different co-host. By leaving a negative review on a property where you never stayed, you are posting inaccurate information that unfairly harms the business. I am therefore at a loss to understand your reason for doing so. I am currently exploring my options regarding possible legal action for the damage caused.
