We stayed at this home as a family of 5. The place is a great location in the heart of town and a block from a new playground. It was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend and would book here again.

This is a well maintained, clean, comfortable, and well equipped property in downtown Fredericksburg that is convenient to everything. Wonderful location and close to all shops! Took a stroll downtown and took pictures of some beautiful buildings and train station. The house was immaculate and very cozy. Nice touch with propane fire pit table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Excellent Birthday Weekend!

My husband booked this house for our long weekend getaway to celebrate my 60th birthday. I fell in love with this house. The location was perfect! It is a quick walk to the downtown area and river park. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We plan on booking here again over the summer. Our son, daughter-in-law, and 10 month old joined us for a night and we all had a great time exploring the area.

Perfect location, comfy stay

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was a perfect location if you enjoy walking. We parked our car the whole time, never needed it. Could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. We had separate space and room to spread out. But in the morning and during happy hours we could come together in the living room and enjoy the comfy couches as well as the stocked kitchen.Would highly recommend this home and location. This would be our first choice for accommodations if we return. Our host was friendly and helpful. 5 stars.
