Your home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in one of Las Vegas older, more established areas, known for its unique character and local charm. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, parties are not allowed, and gatherings outside the property are not permitted during quiet hours (9PM - 7AM)

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note, this is Non-Smoking house, there is a designated smoking area outside; If House Rules are violated it will result in cancellation of reservation without reimbursement.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

The host were great Fabrizio and Sara , came without an iron and Sara i have one in the closet and Fabrizio , let us in from the alley as he was cleaning up parking lot , the unit was great just thought i had one more night but i dod not , thanks for everything

Walked in. Photos were misleading. Used the fisheye lens to change the perspective of the area and the furniture. Ac was locked at 75 and wouldn’t go under by owner. Caused the area to feel stuffy and stale

Hello Tristan, we’re sorry to hear the stay didn’t meet your expectations. We always strive to represent our space accurately, and all photos are taken professionally to show the layout and features clearly. According to our check-in logs, you entered the property at 8:25 PM and left at 8:52 PM on the same evening. We didn’t receive any messages or concerns during that time. If anything had been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to assist right away. Just to clarify, the thermostat is not locked at 75 degree. It’s set with a minimum of 72 as a precaution due to past guests accidentally damaging the system. That said, we’re always happy to adjust it lower on request. Just let us know and we’ll set it to whatever temperature you need to feel comfortable. We are always looking to improve and we thank you for your feedback.
