This elegant two bedroom two bath house is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with stunning views of the Water from inside and outside of your house.

Just redone, this house is reminiscent of a bygone era - The Old Florida charm can be seen all throughout the bungalow. Experience the pristine marble flooring, fresh white kitchen and rejuvenated living room. You will have a master bedroom with King Tempurpedic mattress and a guest bedroom that has a Queen Tempurpedic mattress.

This house is fit for 4 people, and we expect you will enjoy the wall-sized windows in the living room viewing the Beach!

Casey Key Resort provides a unique experience on Casey Key -- With Gulf Front beach on one side of the property and Venice Inlet waterfront on the other! It's a quiet, secluded area with mostly residential homes. No condos or high rises will spoil the peace and tranquility of relaxing by the Beach.

On the Venice Inlet, you can fish, kayak, paddleboard or watch the variety of waterfowl. On the beach, search for sharks teeth, relax in one of our beach loungers or sit in our large pavilion overlooking the Gulf. As part of our Casey Key Beach Club, you can rent luxury beach loungers, umbrellas and wagons from us!

The Resort is a four acre Gulf to Bay property with 200 feet of private beach frontage as well as dockage on the Bay. The 25 individual bungalow residences are comprised of studio efficiencies, one bedroom one bath, two bedroom two bath, and three bedroom two bath units all with full kitchens nestled among coconut palms. Staff are on site daily to help you.

Our bungalows are cleaned with hotel grade procedures. Our already high standards were just updated with the CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to make our guests safe and comfortable amid the coronavirus and after. Rooms and cleaned, and then disinfected with EPA-registered and approved disinfectant.

Each bungalow has its own private entrance and no common areas to come into contact with others. Guests are expected to adhere to the social distancing guidelines, and we also provide contactless check-ins via email instructions.

Wonderful Peaceful and Chill Place

Absolutely Loved the place! So quiet and peaceful. You want a chill place right on beach - stay gulf side - great views from all places. WiFi was spotty but we were gulf front and guessing we were on the edge of coverage.

Awesome Cozy Experience

Breathtaking views with a staff that takes pride. From the beginning of my stay, I felt that I was in for a treat, thanks to Will at the front desk for going well and beyond. As hot tea drinkers, he listened and heard our needs and went to get us a tea kettle. The units are cozy with a warm feeling inside. Thanks Gulf Shores for making this vacation one to remember, we will be back.

Nice view

Close to beach so good view. Second day plugged drain in bathroom. First maintenance put in drain solution. Problem not solved. Another request and next day person used snake. Still no solution. Then plumber at 8 am fixed it. Five days without use of one shower. Wish that we were told of red tide problem. We would have cancelled.

Loved the location and a most beautiful beach I have ever seen .I was not impressed with the cottage itself. It had a very strong and funny odor. Housekeeper offered a candle, but it didn't help. Cottage requires some repairs .The front door was jammed all the time, so we could not use it. Almost all window screens throughout the house had a holes in it. I was disappointed to see a cockroach on the kitchen countertop in the Morning. The best part of the house are orthopedic mattresses , which were great to sleep on.

The house itself and the location were good. However, the listing does not make it clear that the property is part of a larger rental compound that includes multiple homes, smaller units, and individual rooms. We only learned this the day before arrival when we finally received the check-in information.While there is good access to the beach, amenities such as the pool and outbuildings are shared with the other units on the property. That arrangement was not obvious from the listing. The property also operates with several additional charges. Beach chairs, for example, are available only for an extra rental fee with penalties. When friends who were staying nearby stopped by to visit us for the day, we were also charged an additional fee.Most of these details were only disclosed after we had already booked, at which point cancellation was no longer possible. More complete disclosure in the listing would have set expectations more appropriately.Future guests should understand that what appears in the VRBO listing is not a private property experience. The amenities shown are shared with other guests staying in the compound.A practical note for beachgoers. Bring beach shoes. The beach here is quite shelly and can be hard on bare feet, especially at high tide.We left the unit in very clean condition and swept and vacuumed before departing. One small suggestion for the hosts would be to provide a hose or foot rinse near the entrance so guests can wash off sand.

Great location outside, inside could do much better...

It's situated in an ideal location for those who want to walk out to the beach. Very private and clean beach. However the units need more attention. One of our showers couldn't be used because it wouldn't drain, and so all 5 of us had to cram into the one available (good thing it wasn't a 1 bath place!). There's issues with sand because there's no where outside of each unit to wash off (an outdoor shower, even a communal one, would have made things easier, and the clog issues would be less frequent). I had to re-sanitize all surfaces because, although everything indoors looked modern and pretty, it seemed that the cleaning crew just sprayed lysol to disinfect, and the surfaces were black when wiped with my clorox wipes. We couldn't even sit on the dining niche since it was cloth cushions that looked like they were never washed. The fridge handles were not clean, neither the cabinet handles/nobs. Since they're charging us a lot for "extra" sanitizing, I would expect those surfaces to be wiped off each time. Also, housekeeping was pretty much unavailable the whole time - didn't get my beach towels replaced until the end of the day when we returned from the beach. It definitely wasn't worth the price we paid for a 2 night stay.

Property is excellent, beach is wonderful, uncrowded. Bungalow could've used a little more stocking of necessities, there were no napkins or paper towels that we saw. Had to borrow some from another couple staying in the resort. Overall, a good experience.

Great location, right on the beach

We loved this place- it was a great location, our unit was beachfront and just a few steps to the water. It is recently renovated and felt clean and airy. Staff was friendly and even had beach toys for us to borrow for our son. There is a small playground and a couple restaurants walking distance. Our main feedback points are relatively minor- we wished there were TVs in the bedrooms, master bedroom door wouldn’t close, and the bedframes were so squeaky that one of us just rolling over in bed would wake up the other. Soundproofing isn’t awesome- we were able to hear the neighbors on their patio pretty easily at night, but luckily they weren’t up too late. If total quiet relaxation is your goal, you may want something more remote. But overall we had a great time and would recommend this location to others.

Relaxing and perfect for families

Nice renovation. Lovely atmosphere that was light and airy. We stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 bath unit that was right on the beach. Wonderful large picture window with a view of the ocean. Everything was clean and new! The property management staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had wonderful high end appliances, however a little finishing work is needed to fully complete the renovations.. Overall my family loved our vacation and we will be back!

Amazing long weekend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The bungalow did not disappoint. They did a great job updating and was just right for our needs. The porch overlooking the ocean were perfect for the sunsets and we were literally a minute walk to the private beach. I can't say enough about this cute little resort. We will be back!
