This waterfront one bedroom condo is located in Southport at Safe Harbor Marina, this condo is a dream. Enjoy the famous Southport multi color sunsets on the balcony or relax in the cozy den. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the kitchen/den area has a great open floor plan. Condo is equipped with washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, Wi-fi and more. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Southport, a short 5 minute drive to Oak Islands beautiful beach, and walking distance to great restaurants. Guests will find their stay here pleasant and welcoming. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We have came to OKI FOR 36 years and I will say, this is without a doubt one of our favorite places to stay. Very clean, very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful decor and VIEW! Communication was great! We will definitely be back!

A very clean updated property with a beautiful view. My wife and I loved our 3 day getaway. Walked to both Joseph’s Italian and Rusty Hooks for meals. Both excellent. Walked in the nearby park. Great stay. Owner is very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. The condo is comfortable and has pretty much all of the amenities and extras one needs. Host is a rapid responder; we only had a few questions during our one week stay, and she was on it immediately!!! We never had to wait for a response. She was very helpful too with recommendations for things to do in the area. I’d recommend this condo for its awesome view and exceptional value!!

A million dollar view of the marina. Relaxing and peaceful setting. Easy to find. Beautifully decorated. Open floor plan. 2nd story unit. Host was responsive when messaging.Simple things to include for travelers: hair dryer, an iron, coffee samples for the keurig, and bottled water to welcome guests.Simple cleaning tips: remove the mildew in the shower and around the faucets and backsplash in the bathroom. Mildew also in the front load washer due to the door being closed when not in use. Wet towels were found in the dryer upon our arrival. The mattress needs a topper or replaced due to caving in like a hole in the center.As an Airbnb host, these simple fixes can go a long way with guests.
