Please ensure the garage door remote is on the counter, the door handles are NOT locked, only the yale lock is locked. close and lock the windows
Please turn the garage light off but leave the porch light on
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The thermostat is locked so the AC can't go below 72 (or it negates my warranty) and the heat can't go above 80.
Extra guests are $38/night Early/late check in/out may be available and the charge can be up to $50 depending on time
If you stay longer than 12-14 days we come and clean the sinks, tubs, toilets and floors
