Valcourt will begin on the building’s painting project Monday, August 18th. Work includes stucco repairs, garage exterior painting, decorative ribbon touch-ups, sealant replacement, and other exterior improvements. They will start on the north side to delay pool deck impact until fall. Per tentative schedule, balcony access will be unaffected until mid–late October, and partial pool deck closures will begin in early November.
