Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all dirty linen, towels, and wash clothes in the guest bathtub. One Sunday roll trash can to the corner of the street.
When you leave for a long period of time please turn off all lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon checking out please place all used items in the guest bathtub to be clean. To include towels, washcloths, sheets, and linen
Please take all inside trash on Sunday and place it in the green trash container outside. Pull to the end of the street by the driveway
Please no smoking inside or you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250
