Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All garbage and recycling goes in the outdoor shed to the left of the garage (if you’re facing the house). Please put garbage into the bins and leave recycling on the floor.
PLEASE be sure the bins are closed and the shed doors securely latched; the wildlife would love to get into the garbage if they can! I will charge for cleanup if the garbage is not dealt with properly
Hang used towels on hooks or doorknobs in the bathrooms.
For any beds that were slept in, please leave the blankets down to indicate that the sheets are dirty (no need to remove sheets).
Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

About the host
Hosted by Sarah Stonbely

Hi, I'm Sarah and I've been hosting here for almost 7 years. After renovating recently I brought the property to VRBO, and I'm excited that you're interested in staying here!
I am a research director at a small nonprofit in New York City, and I live just outside the city in New Jersey. My family and I love coming upstate anytime we can to enjoy the mountains and being together away from the craziness of daily life.
