Great Colonial Club Location

We stayed in this condo for the month of March, 2015 and 2016. The location is wonderful; end unit with direct access to the beautiful preserve walking trails. The lanai offers a lovely view of the pond and the 3rd green. The neighborhood pools were within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. With the exception of a few repairs that need to be addressed by the owner, the unit was comfortable. The owner responds quickly to emails in the event there is an issue.

Sandy we are addressing the items you mentioned to me when I proactively asked on what improvements I could make. New fan on lanai is now installed. The shower door, the bottom of the frame somehow came apart. Frameless shower doors have been installed. New coffee pot purchased. Can't figure out why that had a short life. They need to be cleaned correctly with white vinegar. Shower massage wands added to both bathrooms. The plumber came over to address why the washer is filling slowly. It had a kinked hose. Washer functions fine now and no longer fills slowly. And I think that was everything you suggested. I appreciate you giving feedback as you were the last tenant there. No management company can address the issues better than someone who stayed with us and actually lived in the unit. I appreciate it and thanks for staying with us for two seasons. We proactively steamed all the carpets after you left. All is perfect.

Colonial Country Club

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very relaxing, nothing additional needed in the condo, good location, great amenities, e.g. nature trail, fishing, work-out facility, a nice warm pool and hot tub close to the condo. The condo was clean, cheery and the lanai has a beautiful view of the preserve and pond. After a month it felt like home. I highly recommend.
