Experience a delightful stay in this cozy home, featuring a desert front yard with various citrus trees and desert vegetation. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed and a luxurious bathroom. Two additional bedrooms also have queen beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed. The backyard offers an outdoor kitchen, gazebo, volleyball court, and surround sound. Conveniently located near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
The space
Your vacation home for your stay welcomes you with a desert front yard featuring desert vegetation and various citrus trees. Did you know Arizona is known for the five C's? One "C" stands for citrus, and we hope you experience the other four while visiting this beautiful state. As you merge into our little desert, you can see one of the peaks of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve leading to a cozy courtyard with a gas firepit table. As you enter the foyer, you are finally inside the place where we built so many great memories, and we want to share that with you.
Upon entering, you can see the living room and the large backyard, which I will describe as I outline the house's flow. To the west, you will find the formal dining room, which also features a coffee bar where you can grind coffee and use the coffee maker with its multiple functions, or simply use the French press or brew a nice cup of tea. Enjoy a quiet meal while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.
Without a doubt, the kitchen has been our place where the magic happens. It is equipped with a variety of tools to prepare delicious meals. However, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. If this is a must-have for you, please do not book. Instead, it has an extra-deep tub with an industrial faucet. Here, we’ve cooked countless meals for friends and family while enjoying an open view of the backyard. The kitchen countertop is an ideal gathering spot for prepping favorite recipes and socializing.
The open view to the living room allows you to entertain without being separated from the rest of your group. In the living room, you will find not only a TV but also plenty of board and card games and a cozy sofa bed. If you are looking for a dark place to rest, this home has blackout shades throughout.
The main bedroom provides direct access to the spacious backyard, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a grand bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble tiles, a walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a makeup vanity. The additional two bedrooms offer soft queen beds, each with its own personality. The guest bathroom is convenient for the two bedrooms and guests.
In the laundry room, you will find laundry soap and softener containers with enough product for a few loads. If you have allergies or use specific products, please inform us when you book so we can empty the containers for you to use your own.
The outdoor living space is the crowning jewel of this home. The courtyard, conveniently located next to the kitchen, is great for casual meals or refreshments. The backyard features a guest half bathroom, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and many grilling gadgets for a great grilling experience, a sink, and a seating area. There is also a separate gazebo, a volleyball court with turf and high net covers, spot lighting, and surround sound throughout the backyard.
This beautiful retreat is in the Bonitas Alturas subdivision in the north central corridor, surrounded by the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Its convenient location is near shopping, entertainment, golfing, freeway access, and only 6 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport. The house is secluded with high fencing that provides privacy, comfort, and relaxation.
One of our favorite activities is leaving the house on our bikes or putting on our trail shoes and heading to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. This preserve offers one of the best trail systems that connect various mountains in the valley, including North Mountain, Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve.
The home also offers easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, cinemas, golf courses, and city life. This central location caters to different interests, whether you seek entertainment, nature, or culture. You can easily access highways that connect you to stadiums, ballparks, raceways, casinos, nightclubs, lakes, and mountain trails spread throughout the Valley of the Sun. We hope you enjoy the diverse and vibrant experiences this location offers.
This home is near the mountains, and you will occasionally see wild animals such as coyotes, javelinas, owls, roadrunners, bobcats, jackrabbits, and lots of quails and rabbits. Be aware that we are in the desert, and although we treat for scorpions every month, you might occasionally encounter some. For your safety, do not leave your belongings on the floor. If you feel threatened by them, please do not book this home.

Backyard Antenna: The antenna in the backyard is not to be climbed or accessed.
