Expansive Living Spaces: Enjoy a generous open-plan living area with large windows that flood the home with natural light and offer 180-degree stunning lake views, as well as a large basement lounge space.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space and a breakfast bar, stocked with plenty of cookware/utensils/small appliances/spices/etc.

Luxurious Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms (3 ensuite) with plenty of closet space, including a primary suite with a private balcony overlooking the lake.

Outdoor Paradise: Large screen porch and patio area perfect for entertaining, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, as well as a cozy firepit area (firewood provided).

Private Dock: Easy access to the lake on a gentle slope, you can dive into one of the cleanest lakes on the east coast, launch one of our kayaks or rent a boat from the local marina; enjoy main channel views but with the swimming safety of a cove.

Modern Amenities: Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, gas grill, Roku TVs in every bedroom as well as the upstairs and downstairs living spaces and the screen porch.

Family Friendly: Multiple highchairs, a crib, changing table, playroom full of toys/books and game room for kids (or young at heart), and plenty of room for family meals together.

Convenient Location: Only 10 minutes to Moneta Business Center with a Food Lion, pharmacy, and several restaurants; 15 minutes to Bridgewater Plaza for boat rentals, mini-golf, arcade and more restaurants/shops; 25 minutes to Smith Mountain Lake State Park; 23 minutes to Smith Mountain Lake Farm Alpacas, 15 minutes to two different wineries; 10 minutes to Spring Valley Farm for horseback riding.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:

1. There is no smoking allow anywhere on the property.

2. There are several security cameras located outdoors only (absolutely NO indoor cameras) to monitor our property in-between guests.

3. Parking is available for 4 vehicles only in the driveway.

4. This is a noise-sensitive, family neighborhood--please be respectful of our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. Absolutely NO parties or events are allowed, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

5. No need to bring bed linens, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels--we've got you covered.

6. Please note the cancellation policy before booking.

7. Absolutely NO pets allowed.

8. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, we are only offering full-week stays with Saturday check-in/out. However, SML is absolutely beautiful during Fall, Winter, and Spring and only requires a 3 night minimum in the off-season! Enjoy a long weekend admiring the vibrant Fall leaves, cuddle up with a good book and tea on a wintry night, or get outdoors for some fun Spring hikes or horseback riding before the hot summer weather arrives.
