• 3,300 square feet of event space, including a greenhouse tent, allowing the rooftop to remain open year-round

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in and must provide a valid credit card; cash is not accepted
• Pet-Friendly: A one-time $75 pet fee applies, with no breed or weight restrictions. 2 dogs per unit
• The Red Barber is closed for the season and operates only as an event venue
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building; a $500 cleaning penalty applies if evidence of smoking is detected (including cigarettes, THC, vapes, cigars, etc.)
• At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ.
