About the host
Your host

Born and raised in Alabama in the US. We are currently raising our family in Colorado. Im a contractor/handy man/construction guy. We spend the winters in our home there on the lake.
We were introduced to the beautiful country of Guatemala by my Step mother, who was born and raised there. Because of our "hippie lifestyle" she said we would especially love Lake Atitlan and she was right.

Why they chose this property
We really like the area of the the finca calle because it's a bit more quiet and is surrounded by local families.
What makes this property unique
We have really tried to make our home as a tribute to local art and vibes. We had local artists create murals in our home and shopped at local stores to furnish it. Weve kept it simple but colorful!
