Sullivan's Island Oceanfront Home with Pool. Summer Fri-Fri. Fall/Spring 3+ Days

This is a beautiful oceanfront home with great beach views (on Sullivan's Island oceanfront doesn't always mean you can actually see the ocean due to trees!). We have easy beach access (about 100 yards to the water) and are located on a swimmable part of the beach. Or, you can stay home and swim in our new pool! We have a spacious, open gourmet kitchen with ocean views and tons of counter and cabinet space. The dining room, also with ocean views, has a huge table that easily seats 12. It's a perfect set up for groups or families.

There are large main floor and ground floor living rooms, both with flat screen TVs and DVD players. There is a playroom for kids and foosball for the older kids and adults.

Our screened porch off the living room has ocean views and is perfect for eating al fresco or lounging around. There is also a private, screened porch off the primary bedroom with ocean views and two chaise lounges. You'll love relaxing on the porches, feeling the ocean breeze and watching the ships pass into Charleston Harbor.

Our beautiful pool is 14' x 30'. The outdoor pool decks have lounge chairs, a dining set and picnic tables. There's plenty of space and seating for a lot of fun in the sun!

We have six bedrooms: three kings, two queens and one with two twins. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, all with flat screen LED TVs, and three bedrooms on the ground floor. We have five bathrooms. The three kings have ensuite bathrooms. One queen has its own bathroom nextdoor that also serves as the main floor guest bath. The ground floor queens and twin room share a bathrooms. In addition, we have an outdoor shower that is great to use after the beach or anytime.

We have a front-load washer and dryer and a stainless steel grill to use during your stay. There's plenty of parking at the house.

This amazing home was previously owned by a former SC governor.

The property is located next door to the old Sand Dunes Club which is being developed. The closest construction is about 30-40 yards away. And, crews are restricted to work only 8 am - 6 pm M - F and 10 am - 4 pm on Saturdays. Working on Sundays and holidays is prohibited. So far, we've had zero noise complaints in the years building has been around our house.

Our home is a licensed vacation rental by Town of Sullivan’s Island.

Surveillance device disclosure: We have two video cameras. One monitors the driveway and the other the backyard. There are no devices monitoring/videoing inside the house. There are indoor motion detectors for when the alarm is set.
