This is a fantastic, dog friendly beachfront property with well maintained pool for relaxing after the beach. The linens and bedding are top notch and the mattresses are heavenly. Baby gates, high chair, puzzles, books and well equipped kitchen rounded out our lovely experience.

The property was an absolutely wonderful location on the beach and in relation to the "downtown" area of Sullivan's Island. Amazing sunrises. Quiet 8 minute bike ride to restaurants and bars. The house is a great combination of beachfront and private pool and hot tub. Very comfortable and relaxing interior. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 smaller children. Overall a most enjoyable stay. Would definitely vacation at this property again in the future.

Amazing location for beach views and access

Hard to beat the location and views on the beach. Great spot if you want walk out access to a lightly used beach and quick access to downtown restaurants.

Perfect Beach house for our 3 generations. The pool, hot tub and pool table are great additions to being right on the beach. Our second stay in 2 years - likely we'll be 3 for 3.

Best of the beach

We’ve stayed at this house twice and think the layout and location can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions. While the house is a bit older, it’s well maintained.

Great beach stay

House was big, clean, and just as pictured. Well stocked and had everything you would need for a great beach vacation. Location is perfect for spending time at the beach, you can just wake up and walk right out to the beach, and don’t have to worry about dragging anything with you. Also close to all the restaurants of Sullivan’s Island, IOP and not far from Mt Pleasant either. Mgmt and checkin process was super easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at this home since 2020. We love that it is right on the beach and dog friendly! We love watching all of the dogs run around in the morning and taking our furry friends out to frolic with the other pups.

Just the most amazing spot on an amazing island. It may not be the most updated home, but swivel your head any direction and look at that view! Amazing management. Very accommodating. Thank you!
