This luxury top tier 15th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only on-site management company at Beach Colony.

Resort Amenities include luxury pool (not heated), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, two queen sized beds in the guest ensuite; and a king sized bed in the third ensuite.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach directly from La Dolce Vida Beach Service.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

We especially liked that there was an ice machine in the laundry room. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the people, dolphins and jets!

The condo was easy to access with elevators, carts, and convenient covered parking with a reserved space. The owners provided all the information to us clearly ahead of time. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the view can't be beat from all throughout the unit. It was very spacious and had all the amenities you needed while away from home. The ice maker in the unit was so convenient before hitting the beach or just making a drink. Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate at first, the beach was lovely! The beach was clean and quiet compared to other spring break beaches in the area. Plenty of shells to hunt and we even got to see dolphins, sea turtles, and rays swim by! Walkable favorites for us included AndyDs for breakfast, the pier for great views and fun fishing, and the turtle conservation center. Things to consider that could be improved or weren't ideal would be intermittent Wifi in the unit. Not a big deal if you're looking to decompress, but if you're trying to work remotely it's tough. Also, the pool is not heated so is very cold in the spring time. Plus, there weren't easily accessible restrooms from the beach/pool area. Again, we would highly recommend this unit and location!!

The Condo is very nice, very comfortable and clean. My little granddaughter called it her condo. We had an A/C issue and Linda took care of it quickly even giving us an option to sleep in another unit if our condo was not suitable for that night. We didn’t need it and the A/C people were there first thing in morning. I would recommend this property rental to anyone.

Amazing condo that’s great for family

We love the Navarre area and got a group of family together for a visit. The condo was so comfortable and clean and had a fresh beach vibe. The beds in every room were made for great sleep. The location of the condo was great with amazing ocean views and walking distance to restaurants and beach activities. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Large, clean, and a balcony off every bedroom. A great corner unit with sunlight from all angles. It's the little things that make great accommodations. Things like an extra power strip for tech by the bed, a work desk if needed, and an ice maker to fill up the cooler for the day. We definitely would stay here again.

Great property. Gorgeous views on the oversized, spacious balcony. Beautiful, new decor. Decorated very nicely and felt like home. Storage room in ground floor very useful to store your beach gear in. Property manager was very helpful. The room code did not work on arrival. Linda was very helpful when I called her at 8pm Saturday night and situation was resolved immediately. My only suggestion is to provide a bit more info regarding arrival, correct room code and provide the storage room code at check in also. You will not be disappointed with this property. This was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely return!

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the beach service. Our condo came with the chairs and umbrella But we still had to claim a spot early in the morning and it wasn’t possible to be on the front row of the 3 rows of chairs. Beach boy was totally lacking in people skills and was quite rude to us and all the other people we had conversations with on the various days. Sometimes the chairs on the front were never occupied ...otherwise condo and the office staff were awesome

We actually ended up staying in 17F. It was perfect for our three families.

The view off the balcony was spectacular. The rounded balconies give you much more room. All the mechanical systems worked well. There was room for all of us to sit in the living room and visit. Yet we each had a large comfortable bedroom and our own private bathrooms when it was time to be alone. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was very adequate. The management was very helpful and accommodating with any requests that we had. We loved it so much we went down and talked to them about buying a unit.
