Welcome to Sun Setter’s!
Go to sleep to twinkling lights across the water and wake up to an incredible sparkling lake and mountains view!
Here you will enjoy fresh flowers, beautiful exotic decor, a fully furnished kitchen, swimming pool on property, tennis courts, and one of the best Views in Hot Springs!
During certain times of the year you will have a front row seat to the boat parade during the City’s Fireworks celebrations over the water, right from your own balcony!
Here you will have the best of both worlds during Oaklawn Gaming and Casino’s world class Thoroughbred Horse Racing Season. Close enough to get there easily, but far enough away to find a peaceful haven from the crowd.
There are a lot of things to do nearby- city award winning José’s Mexican restaurant, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pizza, a new music venue/bar-H2O Hawg’s and Billiards all within a mile. Putt Putt golf also very close by.
In the summer you’ll find boat and jet ski rentals just across the bridge. Also close to shopping and several really great antique stores and flea markets.
There is a tv in the living room and the master bedroom for streaming, and the twin bedroom offers a dvd player. We do supply a selection of dvds for your visit in case you’d like to use that dvd player. Sun Setter’s offers keyless entry and non contact checkin and out. You will receive gate code, entry code and wi-fi password before you check in.

** Our pricing is a little higher on the special weekends when we hold our City Fireworks Display. There are a lot of fireworks to see across your view of our fair city and You will have the best seat in town to watch it all from the comfort of your own Balcony! No traffic, no crowds! One of the great perks of this property!

We Unfortunately need to mention- please do not rearrange the furniture. If we have to turn beds around and move heavy furniture that has been moved there will be an extra minimum charge of $50.00. Our cleaning team are women and are not paid or able to move furniture.
Some movement is acceptable and happens but turning beds around and rearranging tables is not. Thank you.

All candies, chips, all food was real old expired, place needed updating, sheets had holes in them, front door wouldn’t shut, that being said it was an A location…Luggage rack was broken and doesn’t work, I’m not sure if I would stay here again, overpriced for what your getting…

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular. The host provided everthing we needed and also snacks and Ice cold Hot Springs water. We hiked in Hot Springs National Park, visited the public baths at The Quapaw, and ate at some wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay when coming to Hot Springs! Host communicates extremely well and there were some nice touches when we arrived...snacks and water in the fridge. The view was fantastic and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful condo! The view of the lake was amazing and we loved all the big windows. The decorations and sweet touches were so nice. Outlets didn’t work in the main bedroom all of our phones were dead when we woke up.Accommodations were a nice touch.Their was a few things that needed fixed but overall was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves!
