Why they chose this property

We started visiting western North Carolina around 20 years ago and fell in love with the natural beauty of the mountains, plethora of activities, and lack of crowds. The proximity to our home near Nashville, TN made it an easy weekend drive. Our cabin's location puts it within one hour of a multitude of things to do and see in the southwest corner of North Carolina.

What makes this property unique

We have always loved noisy mountain creeks and were immediately enthralled with Junaluska Creek running the length of the property. The location of the cabin right on the creek and surrounded by huge hardwoods and wild rhodendron gives it a magical air that can't be found or replicated in any city. We truly feel our cares melting away as we pull down the driveway.
