This six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is designed for both comfort and convenience:
First Floor: Features an open, modern, and sleek living room, kitchen, and dining space. Also on this level is a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and a shared half bathroom.
Second Floor: Includes two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths, plus three additional guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom.

Outdoor Bliss with Stunning Views-Rooftop deck, screened porch, and front porch – all perfect spots to relax and take in the serene water views. Teach the kids to fish, watch the boats glide by, or simply relax on the dock—this stunning waterfront amenity is yours to enjoy!
Boaters welcome! Around the corner from this rental home is an unimproved boat ramp, located in a state-maintained wildlife area. Boats over 22" in length will not be able to access the ramp, as it sits in a shallow cove area (see photo included in listing). Tenants are not permitted access to the community pier or the private pier beside the home. These piers are private property, and are NOT included in this rental. The driveway provides ample space for guests to bring and park a boat for exploring local waterways.

This house was phenomenal! Great location, tons of outdoor space, and the decks are top notch! Everything was clean and well maintained, booking was easy, along with check in/check out. We had 3 families of 4 and never felt crowded. We will definitely return!

We stayed here this past weekend coming up from New Jersey for a childhood friend's wedding. We had 12 people, and there was plenty of space and bathrooms to accomodate the group. The screened in porch was amazing at night and perfect for hanging out with the whole group. The host Nicole was more than accommodating and made the experience seamless and great!

Terrific home with wonderful Bay views

The home was wonderful and had terrific views of the bay from multiple decks. Tons of space for not only hanging out, but also sleeping arrangements. Would definitely recommend this house to others as well as future bookings for myself.

The pictures are beautiful but still does not capture the true essence of this home. It is beyond beautiful and was in pristine condition. It was clean and was an excellent choice for our family gathering by all accounts. We look forward to trying to return next year. I would give it a 10 star rating if it was available.

This home is everything it promises to be! The location is top tier, and the proximity and view to the waterfront is breathtaking. You can really relax away from the city and the beach traffic... yet your close enough to multiple beaches and boardwalks if you need a little more activities and action. Over all i rate this house a 9.5/10 (it's only missing an elevator and a pool...lol)

Friends Beach Weekend

We had a great stay at this property over a long weekend! An amazing amount of space and parking for a larger group, and a great location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. We ran into one minor hiccup, which was that the alarm system would go off for no apparent reason - triggering loud alarms and EMS response. Looking at the alarm history, it appeared this happened during the last guest’s stay as well. But truly a minor thing during an otherwise perfect stay!

Loved this house!

We absolutely loved this house! The pictures did it no justice. It was clean, spacious, and had many areas to congregate as a family or spread out when need be. The home was decorated beautifully & tastefully. They provided everything we needed except linen. You either had to bring your own, or pay additional for a linen package. It's a little inconvenient, but we were made aware prior to the rental. No stars lost for this. My only issue; however, was the water. There are 4 full bathrooms, and the house sleeps 12, but only half of the guests are able to shower before the hot water runs out. I did make the property manager aware, but there was no resolve. If they go tankless or get a bigger hot water tank, this would be a 5 star review, but i had to remove a star when we were taking cold showers.

The location and home were stunning. There are 17 steps to get into the house. So if anyone is challenged with steps, this is definitely not the place to stay. We loved all of the outdoor spaces. Indoors the main floor had impressive seating and dining space too. Beds were very comfortable. The down side of this beautiful home was the lack of cleaning. The comforters were not clean and that was the only blanket provided. The linen package just included a fitted sheet and top sheet. So definitely take your own blankets. When we arrived, the house had not even been cleaned from the last tenants. The office was quick to respond and had a cleaning crew come out within the hour. That was much appreciated. We also fond only 2 of the 8 lamps working in the upstairs bedrooms. The crew came back the next day and were able to get all but 3 toWork. Some of the lamps didn’t even have bulbs. Crazy! Considering the issues that we started with, we would rent the place again…but be more prepared for the unexpected challenges.

Beautiful Home but too many irritating concerns

The house was beautiful but one of the bathroms have 3 loaded stinky diapers in the trashcan when we arrived. One bathroom was clearly not cleaned with a pink moldy circle around the base of the commode.The 2 trashcans outside were full to capacity when we arrived and there was a discarded box in the driveway.The garage was somewhat unusable without a remote control because to open and close it while moving the car somone would have to sprint upstairs and down all the steps on the front poor or vice versa to get in and out the garage.The plumbing's loud shrill noise whenever someone took a shower took away from the beauty of the home as one was not able to enjoy morning coffee or without this plumbing soundtrack in the morning or in the evening. Videos were captured and sent to Caldwell Banker to share with the owner.
