A friend and I stayed for New Year's eve to be close to celebrations in downtown Hendersonville. We were pleasantly surprised with this cozy little apartment. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted. Parking was great. I loved the character and charm of the building. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again! We have lived in Hendersonville for 19 years and love it here! We live on the eastern end of the county, in the Edneyville area. We have 3 children, ages 18, 15, and 12. We are homeschool family and like to stay active in our community.

Why they chose this property

This apartment building houses several office spaces and one short term rental apartment. The convenience of Main Street, 7th Avenue, and the downtown area in general make this the perfect location for a vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

The historic nature of the building and the area make the unit very unique! We have updated it to include modern amenities, but the antique touches add charm to the whole building.
