The Space:

You will find yourself just 3 minutes away from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. During the warmer months, a quick 15-minute drive will take you to Commons Beach on Lake Tahoe’s west shore.



The cozy living room showcases a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu), board games, and comfortable seating options. There is plenty of firewood in the garage so get cozy! WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



The kitchen has all appliances needed to whip up a mouthwatering meal. Smaller kitchen appliances include a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave. Dine over a home cooked meal at the formal dining table with seating for 6. A breakfast bar is also available with seating for 2.



There is 1 garage and 1 open parking lot parking nearby.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
