The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool, and the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. Elaine was easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This property is amazing and its location is ideal for exploring Scottsdale and the surrounding area. Before we arrive, the host told us that work was needed on the hottub but the host wanted to avoid any conflicts with our stay. Glad to accommodate their need and by midday on the first day we have a great hottub to enjoy as well as the pool. The kitchen was well stocked -- a full coffee bar and a bag of ice in the freezer. Plenty of cookware, glasses, dishes, etc. All our communications with the host were quickly responded to and everything went super good. Highly recommend this property to others.

Bachelorette Pad

We absolutely loved our stay! We really enjoyed the backyard area and amenities! Ms. Elaine is a fabulous host! She’s very responsive and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for better. It was a true joy to stay for a long bachelorette weekend with friends!

There was an issue with the air conditioning and the host sent a message prior stating that someone will be by to fix. That night the air still wasn’t working well so I left a message asking for fans. The owner called the next morning asking if I would be okay if she sent someone over AND she offered to Venmo me so my son and I could grab breakfast for our inconvenience. I declined because I knew things like this happen. Someone came over immediately and fixed the issue. Host was very nice! The house was clean, lots of entertainment. If I could give a couple suggestions-1. The remotes to the lights outside (I wasn’t able to turn them all on). 2. The brick right outside the bedroom door (we both scrapped our toes on it).

Things we loved-Ample seatingSpacious houseLots of activities for the kidsClose to everything Host was great at communicating The backyard is greatThings you might want to know before you visit-The ice machine did not keep up with us, buy a bag of iceThe water tasted great, you don't need to buy bottled waterThe kitchen was pretty well stocked, but no ice cream scoopWe had 4 adults and 4 kids. We had more than enough room in the house, but 8 was the perfect amount for the size of the poolThere was no notebook from the host with restaurant recommendations and such... You might want to do a little research before you go

I could not begin to recommend this fun, comfortable, clean and neat as a pin house more. We came to Phoenix for a very sad reason - my dad passed away and I was tasked with cleaning out his assisted living apartment. It was an enormous job. At the end of every day, it was such a pleasure to come back to a very comfortable and welcoming home. It made a very sad task easier.Whomever did the interior design of the home is a literal expert - everything is perfect. I loved the bright, big, sparkling clean kitchen! The primary bedroom was very comfy and DARK - I love to sleep in a dark, dark room, and this fit the bill. There are plenty of ways to let outside light in, but it is also easy to keep it very quiet and dark for sleeping. We didn't use the karaoke machine or the games (for obvious reasons), but I can absolutely see a family or group of friends having such a fun time with them! Also, the garage is converted into a rec room of sorts, with a full sized ping pong table, foosball, and more. We simply used it store our car :)The pool and outside area is an absolute highlight. Plenty of seating, a firepit for cooler Arizona evenings, and huge table to seat at least 8 people. A nice touch is that it is surrounded by curtains that can be extended - or retracted - to block the sun or to let it in. We did both. Stay here! It was *perfect*.

I had a great stay! The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed for my birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the pool and game areas were a nice touch.The location was convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated how well the space was set up for entertaining while still being in a quiet neighborhood.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in Scottsdale for a getaway or small gathering. If you’re visiting the greater Phoenix area, you have to stay at this house. We came to Mesa for a reason that wasn’t fun at all, and after long, emotional days of packing up a home, I just wanted a place where we could relax and unwind. This home was exactly that — and honestly, it made a really difficult trip so much easier.The backyard felt like our own private resort. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect at the end of each long day, and the customizable lighting at night created such a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. We spent a lot of time outside, and it was incredibly private and quiet, which we really appreciated.Inside, the house was spotless, welcoming, and so thoughtfully set up. The beds were extremely comfortable —Everyone slept well — and the layout is perfect for groups or families. There were more games and activities than we could even get to. It was such a nice way to decompress and actually have fun during a tough trip. As a pet owner, I really appreciated how easy and welcoming the home was for our dogs. It made traveling so much less stressful.The location was also super convenient —close to everything we needed in Scottsdale and Mesa, but still peaceful and private.And finally, the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. They made everything simple and stress‑free, which we were so grateful for.I truly can’t recommend this home enough. It turned a difficult trip into something comforting, relaxing, and memorable in the best way.
