Your Schertz adventure begins at this phenomenal 5-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a bunk room featuring two adult size bunk beds, this welcoming property offers a tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 3 bathrooms feature a bathtub and a jetted bathtub for added luxury. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Our home is located only 20-25 min from most of San Antonio's attractions including The Alamo and the river walk. We are conveniently located in between San Antonio and New Braunfels. Come stay and relax after a day at Schlitterbahn or floating the river. Our home is great for hosting family's and friends with a huge kitchen and dining area.

This house is GORGEOUS and so nice. It was so roomy and fit 12 of us comfortably. The backyard is perfect for hanging out with string lights and seating and the living room has a 100 projector screen - perfect for watching movies as a bigger group. The location was close to town but far enough, with the size of the property, to feel like you’re in a nice secluded spot.

My kids enjoyed the bunk bed room most of all. The house has a lot of privacy and is in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great and responds fairly quickly. There is so much within 15 minutes of the house we never had to travel too far. Great for larger families/groups traveling to the area.

Beautiful Relaxing Home

This one ome of the most beautiful homes ive stayed in VRBO. The layout is perfect. You are with family but still have your private space. I would definitely recommend you to choose this home.

Brother weekend

My husband and his brothers had their annual "Brother Weekend" which includes my 82 year old father-in-law. The house was perfect for the gathering. They cooked meals, got to spend time together and enjoyed the house. We will definitely reserve again next year!

Great location away from city

We had a great time at this house which had plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kiddos. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to our target riverwalk and Schlitterbahn adventures. House was spacious and nicely appointed. We had to battle a few wasp nests on the patio and a fresh mow would’ve been appreciated but it’s Texas in the summer. Lots of rain this year. Probably a timing issue. Otherwise, great place! Good communication with owners. Would stay again!
