We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, and birds. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if food is left out and doors or windows are left open.

Great Property!

Home was clean and plenty of room for a family get together. Dock was great for boat docking and had deep, swimmable water at the end. Very nice renovation done to the place!

Decided on last minute fishing trip with the nice weather. The house was perfect for our trip with the boat launch and dock. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We spent all our time on the water and missed out on setting on the wonderful deck. Dustin was a great host and very accommodating. We would recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable house with wonderful views of lake Murray. The house is well furnished with new appliances and plenty of baking pans, fry pans , pasta pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. The screened porch was where we spent a lot of time as it offered a Great Lake view. There’s a nice dock which has a lovely deck with table and chairs. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nicely decorated. Would stay here again. Really enjoyed it.
