Escape the ordinary and enjoy a cozy retreat in our 2008 camper, tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfectly located just 9 minutes from San Diego State University, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and Balboa Park, and only 18 minutes from Coronado and Ocean Beach, this getaway offers both comfort and convenience.

Situated on a secure, gated property, the camper includes private parking and all the essentials for a memorable stay. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family (up to 2 adults and 2 small children), this charming space provides a fun, relaxed atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Relax outside in two inviting seating areas—one shaded under a tree, and the other next to a BBQ charcoal grill and propane fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings. Surrounded by greenery and a small vegetable garden, the space feels serene and inviting.

Laundry Access

A shared laundry room is available on the right side of the property.
Guest access is available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM — please coordinate with us in advance.

To help conserve energy, please keep the AC/heater set between 72–76°F on auto, and turn it off anytime you leave the camper. Fans or windows are also welcome when the weather is pleasant.

GLAMPING in Beautiful San Diego!

We had a fantastic time staying in this adorable RV rental! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also easy to get to, with convenient parking right on-site.What stood out was how cute and different it was—staying in an RV made for a unique and fun experience compared to a typical hotel or rental. Despite being a smaller space, it was well-designed and had all the essentials. It was also so private, safe, secure, quiet, and beautiful; you would never know it was a backyard in a huge city! So close to everything we needed.The owner was fantastic—easy to talk to and very responsive- making the whole experience even better. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free getaway!

The camper offers a cozy, self-contained space tucked away at the back of our property, giving guests a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.
