Luxury | Hot Tub | Walk to River Run Gondola

Alcove 74 fits the whole extended family, with a private hot tub and Keystone's gondola a short walk away. Twelve guests spread across four bedrooms, including a kids' bunk room.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- Private hot tub ringed by snowy pines
- Bunk room with its own bathroom — instant kid headquarters
- King primary suite for the trip organisers
- Two more bedrooms so every couple gets a door
- Heated garage, ski racks, and in-unit laundry

The bunk room is a masterstroke for families: a big, sturdy bunk setup, reading lights, a private walk-in-shower bath, and a straight shot to the hot tub — the kids may never come upstairs. Parents claim the primary with its wall of windows, desk, and double-sink bath, while two more bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans share a tub-equipped bath for the rest of the crew. A living-room futon (mattress pad in the hall closet) covers any overflow.

Mealtimes shine around the quartz mega-island and walnut dining table, with double ovens for feeding a dozen and a drink bar for the après hour. The black-tile fireplace wall and plush seating make evening debriefs irresistible.

Add the private hot tub steaming under the stone portico, Dakota Lodge pool and spa access, ski racks in the heated garage, and a five-minute walk to the River Run Gondola, and you have a family trip that practically runs itself. Book Alcove 74 and bring everyone this winter.

Parking accommodates up to four vehicles — two in the heated private garage and two permitted vehicles in the driveway (permit provided in the unit; street parking is not allowed).
