The Fowler Manor is the ultimate Derby and Bourbon House! The Manor is perfect for your Derby and Bourbon experiences. The Manor is located on Eastern Pkwy in the heart of Highlands neighborhood of Louisville. It is great for hosting groups of friends or your bachelor/ette trip . It has 6 bedrooms plus a bonus bedroom next to the master. The house has 4 1/2 baths.. There is a "parlor" for relaxing and having a cocktail. The house features a formal dining room as well as a finished basement. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine, iron, and WiFi. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.
The house is located within walking distance to Louisville's "restaurant row". Bardstown Road features dozens of Louisville's best restaurants and bars. The house is centrally located within 4 miles of Churchill Downs, Louisville's downtown, The Urban Bourbon Tour, University Louisville, and several independent breweries. For hiking enthusiasts, the house is located within a mile of Cherokee Park which was designed by Frederick Law Olmstead.
