Situated on a quiet dirt road close to Vermont's Upper Valley attractions, this rural retreat is truly a unique oasis offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, with over 52 acres of privately owned land and trails to explore. (Currently, the property offers more than 2 miles of hiking trails, with plans to expand in the coming year.)



More than a standard rental property, this pristine, well-appointed, newly renovated Owner’s Vacation Home maintains an air of rustic charm with exposed wood beams and hardwood floors, complemented by refreshing, modern updates throughout. Recent improvements include new systems and a backup generator for added peace of mind. The first floor features open-concept entertainment areas, a queen bedroom, and an ensuite bath with a glass standing shower. Upstairs, you’ll find additional sleeping quarters—including one king room, one queen room, and one room with two twin beds—along with an open home office and a second bathroom with double sinks and a standing glass shower.



The thoughtfully designed kitchen features a modern, chef-style setup enhanced by new stainless appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the eat-in island or in the adjacent dining area, where picturesque views overlook the backyard, gazebo, and pond.



Outdoors, the experience continues across an expansive rolling yard framed by 52 wooded acres and a stunning 2-acre wildlife pond. A cozy fire pit beside the gazebo sets the stage for tranquil evenings under the stars. A standout highlight of the property is the custom-built luxury sauna, artfully crafted within a private shed overlooking the pond. Private trails are open for year-round use, from hiking and trail running to winter cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. (No snowmobiles or motorized vehicles are permitted on the trails.) Additional amenities include garage parking for two cars and access to a private home gym.



Located just minutes from I-89, I-91, Dartmouth College, and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center—and less than 20 minutes from Hanover or Woodstock—this exceptional property offers something for everyone. Firewood for the fire pit is not provided, but can be purchased locally.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
