Cabin #4 – SLEEPS 6 (500 sq.ft) 2 bedrooms 1 bath Waterfront cabin with amazing views from a private deck which overlooks the lake, common area with the firepit, and sundeck. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each bedroom and 1 full bath with a shower; rental includes bed linens and pillows. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs, gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware, dishes, utensils, and common kitchen items. In the living area there is a queen sofa (memory foam) sleeper, 32″ flat screen TV with firestick streaming, free WIFI and an AC window unit. The private deck has a table with chairs and a charcoal grill. This cabin has portable fans and a portable electric heater if needed. MUST BRING Bath and beach towels, extra supplies.

NOTE: Your rental includes trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, dish soap and hand soap.

The cabin is located on 2.6 shared wooded resort with 9 rental cabins - 110' lake frontage on all-sports Spider Lake with 450 acres of sandy bottoms great for watersports and fishing. The resort has a nice shallow swimming area that is overlooked by a sun deck. The shared fire pit is located in the middle of the resort near the water in the common area. So much fun

The property was amazing. The lake and the kayaks were so much fun. Wish the boat options were a little cheaper as they were way outside our budget but it was a blast.

Quiet peaceful cabin on a beautiful lake

Had a great time kayaking on the lake, hiking, and in Traverse City shopping and dining. Weather was unseasonably cold, but our hosts provided us with blankets and space heaters. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Cabin #4 is older and would benefit from more lighting especially over the kitchen sink. Beautiful country and a nice place to visit. Would stay there again.

Peaceful and scenic

The area is beautiful and quiet, very scenic. The cabin (#4) is small but cozy & there is plenty of outdoor area for relaxing. There is not enough power to run more than a couple items at a time (maybe the microwave and one light) everything else has to be unplugged or you blew a fuse. The owners were willing to move us but i chose to stay in cabin 4 due to having to move my elderly aunt & our short stay. Overall it was nice.

Great rental place!

Great place to stay near the south end of Traverse City without over paying for a hotel. Has all the amenities. It feels like a little village with all the rental properties formed in a circle. We stayed in cabin #4 during October. Hope to experience spider lake in the warmer season sometime again.

Quiet solitude

We're beach people. Gas prices kept us closer to home. We all loved the beautiful quiet, nature and being near the water instead of beach crowdedness, long waits to eat and crazy traffic. There's so much to do. We'll be back

Great Location with Amazing View

A great location for our vacation. The view of the lake from the cabin and deck were amazing. The grounds leading down to the water looked beautiful. The pontoon we rented worked great and was so much fun, and Josh gave a great boat tutorial. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay. A few minor things to bring to your attention: Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the cabin in need of cleaning before we could unpack. There was sand/dirt on the floor, the windows needed cleaning as well as the kitchen (fridge, coffee pot, trash can). The boat did not have a full tank of gas (10 gallons) when we rented it, but we did not realize that until mid-week when we needed to add more. We enjoyed Spider Lake and will certainly visit again.

Tranquility Near Traverse City

Beautiful, rustic, quiet property right on the beautiful spider lake. Has several cabins (with private patios) on site with plenty of parking close by and several community spaces (with a firepit) to relax. No beach front on the property but there is a public beach nearby. The property is off the main road so there is a small hill down to the cabins but the property is easily walkable. Has several luggage wagons at entry to cabins which make packing and unpacking from car to cabin very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great property for large parties!!
