Cozy Cabin on Silver Lake, Traverse City, MI

This charming cabin is conveniently located in Traverse City and close to everything! With two bedrooms, it is a perfect spot for a single family or two families to stay comfortably. Situated in Silver Shores Resort, you'll enjoy private shared access to Silver Lake and a wonderful beach area! The cabin has new furnishings, a gas grill, flat screen tvs in each room and WI-FI service. The cabin has air conditioning and a washer and dryer.

Interior:
The home features two bedrooms (beds come with sheets, 2 pillows and a blanket), which include a queen size beds in both bedrooms. The beds will accommodate 4 guests but if you have other guests (up to 6 total), you can bring an air mattress and set it up in the living room. The bathroom is a 3 piece bathroom with a sink, toilet, and stand-up shower. Towels and wash clothes are provided. The living room features a flat-screen tv. There is Wi-Fi throughout the cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked; with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, griddle, and plenty of pots and pans for making full meals. There is a dining table for your family to enjoy together, and there is also a picnic table outside for extra eating space.

Exterior:
Outside the home there is a gas grill and a picnic table and a couple of beach chairs for your use. The shared access includes a playground, water slide, 2 docks, a fire pit with fire wood provided, a gazebo, sun deck, wine deck, horseshoes, and a 180' shared beach.

Silver Lake is the perfect vacation spot for boating activities like skiing, tubing, jet skis, and sailing. Feel free to bring your own watercraft, there is a boat launch 1/8 mile up the road. Silver Lake has lots of good fishing including perch, bass, sunfish, bluegill, walleye, and pike.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

No pets or smoking, no exceptions. We have condo by-laws that prohibit any non-owner pets on the property.
