Come enjoy this modern updated relaxing peace of heaven, enjoy the large pool, game room with Corn hole, ping pong table. poker Table and other games, fire pit, Lanai, Tiki bar, pool volleyball grill and Beautiful tropical flowers add to this oasis!
This home has a very large kitchen area great for entertaining with a fireplace, all stainless-steel appliances, a photo area, and a lanai, All the bedrooms are decorated coastal with a relaxing touch.
A added bonus is a separate guest house that has a queen bed, tv, setting area, fridge and microwave.

There is also a small guest house on property with bed tv small fridge heat and air private space queen bed

things we love about our property:
very large kitchen, which is great for entertaining, Great pool and outdoor space, with plenty of pool toys, very peaceful and quit Neiborhood, 3 minutes away from the intercostal which is lined with great restaurants, a few of our favorites is Tiki docks and Iron axe.

Our niece was getting married in the area and rented along with two of our adult children and their spouses. Everything was clean and inviting. The little extra time we had we enjoyed laying out by the pool. My son-in-law was the brave one to get in the pool (water a little chilly due to time of year). Morning coffee out in the sun room and/or by the pool was so enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Graduation Weekend

Our daughter’s graduation weekend and the family came in to celebrate. The home was a perfect place to house the family and we were able to celebrate and relax for the weekend. Matt and Tracy were immediately available for questions and very gracious. The house was perfect from the comfortable beds to the abondance of towels to the relaxing pool area.

Pros too many to lust, Cons very few.

Pros: Check-in system very easy and worry free, all well, also very clean overall, kitchen has all type of tools one needs to make great meals. Dawn ambient lighting in the house/garden/pool is extremely comfortingCons: Main bathtub showerhead too low for a 5' foot person, shower window and toilet needs TLC urgent.
