The house was awesome. Beautiful location with wonderful dock and sand bar. Easy walk to great beach access. A five star vacation location for sure. Would stay again!!

Beautiful home on the sound close to downtown Topsail Beach. Enjoyed using the boat dock and spending time fishing, swimming near the point, tubing, and riding to lunch at Sears Landing. The sandbar/beach area under the pier is great for little ones to play in the water. Good storage area for beach toys on ground floor with outdoor shower. Interior is well appointed and all appliances work well. The view from the back deck at sunset is incredible. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property located in a wonderful location. We were able to enjoy boating and the lovely white sands of Topsail beach. Would highly recommend!!
