Master Suite on the second level and 2 generous size bedrooms on the first level each with there own full baths. Walking distance to 2 Big Box grocery stores, Mega & La Comer so you can stock up on groceries and your favorite beverages. Get your coffee fix at STARBUCKS right in the parking lot of La Comer. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters

Minutes away from the many fabulous beaches of Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. Half hour ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Airport. Golf course is right across highway.
