My stay was fantastic, everything was as advertised and Max was a pleasure to deal with, very attentive and extremely prompt to respond for any questions I had. The property and the entire gated community was always pleasant and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about this property and Max made my stay easy and extremely enjoyable.Thanks for the memories and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful property.

Family vacay February 2018

We rented Max's place for a week mid Feb and had a great time! Max was very helpful before and during our stay. Loved the townhouse - nicely located near the Mega store which has everything you need. Nice pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace was also very nice should you need to cool off! Beds were comfy, the place was clean and had everything we needed. We spent a good deal of time on the rooftop terrace for morning coffee, game time and grilling dinner! There are a number of stairs from bottom to top, some may not like them however I thought they were good excercise!! Was a short cab ride to Centro Bucerias about 90 pesos. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again😀

Great apartment covering every need

Apartment located in gated community which make us feel safe. It is very nice three bedroom, two and a half bathroom duplex very convenient for families and couples. Great kitchen and terrace, and beautifully decorated.
