The space
Enjoy a long day and return to a beautifully remodeled studio guesthouse, youll never want to leave. Every inch feels luxurious and no detail has been left out, we take pride in keeping it well kept and clean. Have an entire space to yourself. Private and very convenient for a couple. The place has everything you need, if you have any requests please let us know.

-Queen bed, very comfortable and supportive. 100% cotton west elm sheets, Goosedown comforter, 100% cotton duvet cover. Bed feels like a cloud!

-Air purifier
-Fully stocked kitchen, 2 burner stove, microwave, retro fridge, touch activated faucet.
-Spa like bathroom, marble tile floor, clean, and has all toiletries. Plush towels.
-Green and clean cleaning products, and soaps used. We dont cut corners on health.

Note: we have a no shoes policy inside the dwelling. We will provide inside home shoes meant to stay inside the home. Thank you!

The space:

This guest house is an attached private dwelling to the back house.
Its located in the back of the property with its own entrance, providing visitors with privacy.

Policy:

- No pets, sorry.
- No EXTRA adult/s, infants or children as overnight visitors. Only persons (including infants) whose names are listed as registered guests in the registered booking are permitted on the property.
No exceptions.
* No events or parties allowed
- No personal or business use of the residential address allowed
- No illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
-No mail or packages allowed to be sent to booked address or any use of it.
- No commercial operations/photo shoots/commercial filming or adult filming on site.
-No smoking or vaping allowed on premises.
The police, other authorities, including Airbnb, will be contacted for your removal.
Guest access
Guest access:

Access to only the shared driveway and the said studio guesthouse itself. No other access to the other homes or yards on the same lot.

Entrance is through the front of the property, through the main driveway gate, or enter through the front wooden gate door. Street parking is also available.

Drive past the main house, down the drive way straight ahead where you will see the studio. Parking is right in front of the wood fence.
Other things to note
Please read the house rules! Guests must acknowledge and agree to them as part of booking.
