This immaculate three-bedroom home is the perfect spot for your Wellfleet vacation. In addition to central air-conditioning and beautiful pine floors through out, this spacious, two-story property has comfortable furnishings and amenities.

The first floor has a large, open living room with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors overlooking the marsh. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining room has plenty of seating. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer leads to a back entrance.

There are also two bedrooms on the first floor. The marsh-side bedroom has a queen bed and slider to the deck. The other first floor bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower on the first floor.

Stairs in the living room lead to an open loft with futon--perfect for reading a book or writing a few emails. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower and a balcony deck offering expansive views of Wellfleet's prized marshes.

The first floor deck which overlooks the marsh is perfect for dining out or relaxing. The grounds offer privacy and a tranquil setting.

Take a short walk to the Lieutenant Island bridge where the tide changes the landscape each day. Drop your kayak in the water at high tide.

Amenities include: central air conditioning, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, deck and enclosed outdoor shower.

This property is only a short drive to Marconi Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore and the town's other beloved beaches and fresh water ponds. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path is only a short bike ride away. Also close by are the Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the Wellfleet Drive-In and many wonderful restaurants. Drive into town for more wonderful dining, shopping, galleries and live entertainment. Head a bit further into Truro or Provincetown for even more fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
