A splendid seafront holiday home which is set on the waterfront and offers magnificent sea views across the Boka bay. The property is located in a peaceful village which is just a short 0-20 minute drive to the main town of Herceg Novi. In Herceg Novi visitors can enjoy sightseeing in the medieval old town, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. The village is also not far away from the town of Tivat, which is just situated on the other side of the bay, a short drive away, when using the car ferry service Kamenari-Lepetane. The town of Tivat is also becoming more popular with visitors due to its newly built marina of Porto Montenegro. This property is ideal for families, as the beach is just in front of the property and it makes it very easy for guests to swim and then retreat to the house or garden for lovely shade. Herceg Novi is located at the entrance to the Boka Kotorska bay, the town was founded in 1382, and its defensive role of the sea is witnessed by its numerous fortresses and towers. Today these towers and fortresses are open-air stages used for film, music concerts and where flower festivals are held. It also has several beautiful squares with old churches and galleries as well as many fine restaurants and open air cafes.

Goed gelegen huisje aan het water
