Nice property and easy to get around townClean and neat layout Parking is difficult though and paid for a parking pass and got ticketed 2 days into the stay even though parked at same locationMay be better to sort out your own parking since I paid for a pass and fine
Our family of four - mom, dad 2 teens - enjoyed this place immensely! The host is fantastic! The second bedroom has two beds which sealed the deal when we found it online. The other reviews were very accurate - clean, modern, comfortable - with all the amenities you could desire. We did not cook anything other than eggs for breakfast so I can’t speak to the kitchen at any length. The rooftop was really fun for our teens, especially late at night. The neighborhood could be described as “up and coming” or as a colleague described it as “it’s a block by block situation.” We are not light sleepers and hail from a big city. Each night, we fell asleep to the sounds of police sirens. There are homeless sleeping in the shadows of the neighboring stores. To be clear, we had zero negative interactions with anyone. We can roll with that - it’s not a unique problem to DC. or this area. But something you might want to know.
